Energy Consulting based on DIN V 18599, Refurbishment Roadmap
We create the Refurbishment Schedule for your commercial and operational building according to DIN V 18599 standards. You will receive valuable information about the energetic condition of your building and we will help you to plan possible renovation projects. We will also discuss the estimated investment costs with you and advise on a smart combination of existing fundings. The iSFP does not create a commitment to execute any measures.
Support for Subsidy Request: heating technology, building envelope, building systems technology (except heating technology), heating optimization
We check your specific renovation project(s) for eligibility and guide you through the sometimes complex process of applying for funding and the request of funding payment.
You will also receive valuable tips on whether you can even increase your funding with certain measures.
Energetic Status Check
We evaluate the energetical status of your building based on existing building data and classify its condition according to current legislation. This will provide you with initial information about possible renovation obligations and an estimate of possible investment costs very quickly. This service is particularly suitable in case you need quick results or as initial information without fully detailed energetical evaluation.
Energy Certificates
We create the energy certificate for your building if you want to sell it or have recently carried out basic renovation work. We will advise you on whether a requirements or a consumption certificate is needed for your building and what the differences are.
Energy Audit DIN EN 16247
We create a detailed energy consumption profile of your building, a group of buildings, an operational process or an industrial or commercial facility based on existing energy data and specific measurement methods. The aim of the energy audit is to identify the main energy consumers (at least 90% of total energy consumption). Based on the energy balance sheet, we will determine the largest consumers which will be subject to a detailed analysis. We will then propose energy-saving measures, including information on possible investment costs and cost savings. After an economic feasibility check of the respective measure, we will advice on current funding options in order to complete the energy audit.
Support for Subsidy Request: Machines & Components, Operational Processes, (technical) Optimizations
We check your specific efficiency improvement project(s) for eligibility. We will support you in preparing the funding application, by applying the prescribed methods and calculation procedures for presenting the (energy) savings results. We will also guide you through the sometimes complex process of applying for funding and the request of funding payment.
